We are based in Ipswich and have been working in the Suffolk area since 1984 and as a result have built strong relationships with our customers and established a trusted portfolio of lenders and suppliers. Ian Waddleton
Founder and Principal
Ian was a founder of West End Leasing in 1984 along with his friend associate Bryan who sadly passed in 2012. Ian has nearly 40 years in the Asset Finance business and expertise in structuring company lending.
Georgia Turner
Office Manager
Georgia joined West End Leasing straight from school in 2014. She quickly grasped her multi-role in our business and is now a key member of the WEL organisation and not only manages the general office duties but is also PA to Ian.

Kim is one of our most experienced & valued staff, having previously worked for worldwide lending & finance institutions. She is particularly skilled at getting funding placed for clients that may have challenged circumstances.
Steve has over 20 years experience in the Specialist Construction industry, purchasing and financing capital assets. Steve has a fast growing portfolio of clients that are looking to fund a wide range of vehicles and capital equipment and commercial funding.
